What Our Customers Say

★★★★★ 5.0 on Google
★★★★★

"After purchasing my first RV and taking a $40k hit after finding all sorts of water damage I was determined to not make the same mistake again. I found Brad and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. He was quick and timely with his communication and responses, he was extremely thorough and detailed in all of his work. He remained neutral and laid out all the information I needed to make a decision that was best for me and my family. He also went above and beyond helping give me links and resources from repair to lodging. If you are ever in his area I cannot recommend him more and I know if I ever need assistance in that area I have a reliable source to turn to. Thank you for everything Brad!"

"We started our RV adventure recently and got really lucky finding Brad to be our inspector. He was really willing to put in the work and went above and beyond to make sure we were confident and satisfied with the RV we purchased. Buying an RV can be a stressful process but the easiest and smoothest aspect for us was every interaction we had with Brad. He was communicative, knowledgeable and flexible to work with us through every step and every question we had. He clearly has alot of experience, there were plenty of answers he had to questions I didn't even know I had until he took the time to really explain things and it's invaluable that he's willing to teach as well as do his job. You can not find better a person to trust with your RV and he has earned a returning customer with me, if you work him once I'm confident you will feel the same."

Pre-Expiry Warranty Inspections

Already own your RV and want a covered issue documented before the manufacturer or component warranty runs out? OZ RVS offers the same NRVIA-certified inspection process, timed specifically to protect your ability to file a warranty claim.

What is a pre-expiry warranty inspection?

A pre-expiry warranty inspection is scheduled while your RV's manufacturer or component warranties are still active, so any covered defects are caught and documented in writing before the warranty window closes. It uses the same NRVIA-certified process as a standard inspection, timed specifically to protect your ability to file a claim.

Why should I get an inspection before my RV's warranty expires?

Once a warranty expires, repairs for issues that would have been covered become an out-of-pocket expense. A pre-expiry inspection creates a documented record of any covered defects while there's still time to file a claim with the manufacturer or dealer.

How is a pre-expiry warranty inspection different from a standard inspection?

The inspection process itself is the same — OZ RVS uses the same PDI, Essentials, or Premium tiers — the difference is timing: it's scheduled deliberately before a warranty period ends rather than before a purchase closes.

When should I schedule a pre-expiry warranty inspection?

OZ RVS recommends scheduling it about 8 weeks before your warranty expires. That gives you enough time to receive the inspection report and open a warranty claim with the manufacturer before the coverage window closes.
